Delegate with Power Automate

Delegate with Power Automate Let's say you work in HR and have a PowerPoint deck that has to be updated often, then emailed to your onboarding team as a PDF. Plus, print it for review. You can easily use Microsoft Power Automate to do it all for you, automatically! Start by launching the desktop flow designer to create a new flow. Next, add a run application action to launch the onboarding PowerPoint deck..

To convert the PowerPoint to a PDF, use the recorder, which automatically captures the steps needed into flow actions by just watching you do it once. Now, launch an Outlook instance in the background. Add an action that sends an email to the HR onboarding team with a PDF attached. Then, close Outlook. Next, add an action to print the PDF on your default printer.

And save your flow to the Cloud. And, that's it! Finally, give it a test run to see the flow in action. And just like, that we see the flow ran successfully, converting the deck to a PDF while also emailing to the right HR team, and printing at the end...all in one flow. And now you can go to the console and run it whenever you need to. To learn more, go to: aka.ms/PowerAutomate-GetStarted.
